The service was amazing, the communication was excellent and I had regular updates of when my package was posted etc. When delivered the quality was good and the design was just what I wanted. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so planned to return them and order a different size. When I explained my error i was told that another pair would be seen to me free of charge and I could keep the others. I would definitely recommend Koala Socks and I would use them again.

After seeing the reviews by other medical professionals, I bought 6 (!) pairs of the Koala compression socks, most as a gift for my little sister who is a medic in training. The selection offer is wide and awesome, so she had a great time picking her favourites. The socks arrived quickly and they seem to be great, really high quality! Unfortunately, one of the pairs got lost in transit, and so I got in touch with customer support. The team replied promptly and were incredibly helpful and understanding, and offered to send me a replacement pair right away. A couple of days later, a new package arrived, with not one, but two pairs of socks! The ones that had gotten lost and a Christmas-themed one ('Tis the season, after all!). I haven't had a shopping experience this thoughtful and considerate in ages. Amazing business, 5 stars all-around!

Super bright, comfy and got a lot of compliments! They’re really soft. If you’re verging on the upper end of the calf measurements, I’d recommend sizing up.
