Lovely soft warm socks (I bought mine for the winter) and very ‘sticky’ so they hold your position really well, much better than another brand I tried!
No response from team about the missing item. Royal Mail say they’ve been notified it’s on its way but not received the item. Disappointed

Placed order on 18th Sept with Estimated delivery Wednesday, 23 Sept–Friday, 25 Sept. I raised the query on Saturday via the contact form confirming that there is no update regarding my delivery ,expecting a reply on Monday 28th September Nothing so far so not sure what I can review.

Super comfortable and give the perfect level of compression for all day wear! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fashionable compression sock - have gotten so many compliments wearing them!
I got these because I get a lot of pain in my legs especially as I get Hypermobility flare ups with my condition. They definitely help me a lot with pain management. They have such cool designs and are extremely comfortable too.

I was ready to love these but was dismayed to find, on opening them, that they are hand wash only. For goodness sake. It’s 2026 guys, what are you thinking? Who has time to hand wash socks, particularly when you’re travelling? Deeply disappointing.
Do not be tempted to order from this company. They claim that part of my order has been fulfilled, I suppose that means delivered, this is not true. Also they claim that they fulfilled the order 6 days ago, that's when I made the order! I was given an estimated delivery date and this has now passed, no socks have been delivered and Royal Mai are yet to receive the package. Today I got an email saying that I have been given a refund of £0.00.

Pleased with these tights that don’t itch, do the the job I paid for them to do. Very comfortable and easy to wear all day , although a bit if a struggle to get on and off it has to be that way. I am delighted with the colourful up to date fashion statement not dowdy at all. 5 star .

I had an issue with non-delivery of my parcel which was dealt with promptly. As well has having exceptional customer service, the socks I have bought are ideal for my husband for wearing during his Pilates classes. I would recommend buying from this company.
