We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Stitching makes socks unusable

These are really cute, but unfortunately the cactus stitching causes a lack of stretch in certain sections, which leaves marks on my legs and is very uncomfortable. The end result is similar to a string tied joint of meat.

Came in post on Friday. Box was open, not sealed. Sock has pulled thread all around the sock opening, so can't use it yet for fear of unravelling. Haven't used the remaing sets yet.

After seeing the reviews by other medical professionals, I bought 6 (!) pairs of the Koala compression socks, most as a gift for my little sister who is a medic in training. The selection offer is wide and awesome, so she had a great time picking her favourites. The socks arrived quickly and they seem to be great, really high quality! Unfortunately, one of the pairs got lost in transit, and so I got in touch with customer support. The team replied promptly and were incredibly helpful and understanding, and offered to send me a replacement pair right away. A couple of days later, a new package arrived, with not one, but two pairs of socks! The ones that had gotten lost and a Christmas-themed one ('Tis the season, after all!). I haven't had a shopping experience this thoughtful and considerate in ages. Amazing business, 5 stars all-around!

Really comfy

Wore these socks to work (I work on my feet) and was pleased to see I had no swelling or soreness once I was finished. Very comfortable to wear, did not fall down (I have slim calves), and I was able to forget I was wearing compression socks so no sensory issues with them.

Great! Worn both ways on a 16hr flight then straight onto an 8hr flight and my legs/ankles were great!
No puffy ankles as expected.
Once home I kept them on for 8hrs per day to help reduce the risk of a DVD ….
Really pleased, hand washed well over course of use.
Nice pattern choice though would love to see a pair of Koala socks!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs as I’ve been suffering from swollen legs. However only one of the pairs comes to under the knees as I want them too. So instead I have a swollen line around my calf. I’m a little disappointed that they are not the same size.

I only ever do reviews if a product or service is really terrible or really amazing. These socks score 10/10. I'm in recovery from Long Covid. One of my symptoms is muscle fatigue. A friend suggested compression socks might help. I was very sceptical, but willing to try anything that might support my recovery. I'm blown away by the difference they make. I can walk and stand for longer than I could. Which in turn, means I can start to rebuild muscle and strength. I bought 3 pairs. I'm going to order more. Plus they come in great designs and look like regular knee high socks 🌟
